Now that my attention has been drawn to the fact that I have a writing style - the minimalism thing - I worry that I'll be hyperconscious of it, go too minimalist. At the expense of story.
I'm just kinda hyperaware of it.

placesyouhaunt writing over lunch. This is the second day in a row that I've gone home for lunch! Peanut butter sandwich, Oreos, peace and quiet. And a little wedge of time to write, when there's no pressure to be doing anything else and I won't be ignoring my kid.
It is good to have a break.
My particular concern withplacesyouhaunt is that it's wandering out of me scene by scene, and I don't know if an overarching feel is being communicated...
