I napped heavily yesterday, more than I should have. I seriously mortgaged spoons during my parents' visit, and I'm trying to get 'em back... docorion has said that he expects this to be more of a snuggly visit than a chock-full-of-activity visit. He's so good to/for me.

I've listed him as a contact for MedicAlert now, which is sick-girl Twue Love, I s'pose. :) My finger hovered over "spouse" on the pulldown menu, but I ended up choosing "other" because we're not handfasted yet and I don't know if having two spouses listed will confuse MedicAlert.

He suggested a handfasting when I visited Malden the first time, over a nice lunch. Then followed it up with a blinky "Did I just propose to you?"

"I think you did."

"I think I did, too."

I have to move up there first! We talked about this more extensively last night; I suggested that I be up there for about a year before we do it. *nod* Let us get settled in.

I hate it when I have huge tasks that depend on other people to get their end done first.

Particularly now, when

a) My health and abilities are variable, and
b) we're so close to the beginning of the semester, and I have a metric shitload of things that're all about to jump on my plate...

Seriously. Hand it over today. I can get started today. Rather than just spending my limited, yet currently sufficient energy clockwatching. Because I can't do it tomorrow, due to being gone more than half the day for my doctor-appointment. And I'm going to be insanely busy next week.

Argh.

I like this person, mind you. It's just that they're a lot more relaxed about this than they ought to be.

I finally have, in my kitchen, a box of 50+ issues of Shooting Star Comics Anthology #6, all set to be mailed out to those of you who ordered them. Y'all will soon be receiving your little bit of Shayara.

And hey, lunch was free because my editor felt bad about it taking so long for him to get me this order, so. Rock.

Now, I just have to address fifty envelopes.
