(no subject)

Y'know, it would be nice if my parents actually gave me information in advance.

At least this time, it's good news. Very good news.

Elayna will be back a full two weeks earlier than anticipated! Her camp started earlier than usual, so it's ending earlier than usual. And so I get my little monkey back on July 31!

This means she'll get to see her beloved dark_blade (visiting Atlanta through the end of that week), too. :)

And... just... I get Elayna back. Soon. *hugs idea of Elayna in absence of actual Elayna*

(The bad-news aspect of this? My parents are staying for nearly a week. But I'm focusing on the good news. Elayna!)

I am so organized. It would drive you crazy how organized I am.

I responded to the news of Elayna's impending return (where impending = three weeks - okay, to the thought of Elayna's return) by completely cleaning and reorganizing her bathroom. Everything is ultra-tidy and in logical places.

And then I did some more cleaning and tidying in her room.

I am in pain.

But her desk area? Totally organized. And all of her clothes are put away. And organized.

And... yeah. Hi. Ow.

And I found a wee little tin that had been housing miniature colored pencils, emptied the pencils out into a Ziploc, and reappropriated the tin as a box for her BPAL. It's just the right size (she only has 6 imps), and is now waiting in her bathroom. *nod*

Ow.

I'm going to go lie down now.
