Progress is. I'm actually running really low on things I can pack this far from the move. (Adam and Elayna aren't.) I packed my swift and ballwinder yesterday. Therefore I will need to wind yarn today. That's how this stuff works.

We may get access to the house as early as Tuesday, in which case we can move some stuff over and maybe paint! Please I want to paint.

I'm going to withdraw our request for a Backup Project table at Boskone; not enough volunteers to staff it, especially with me potentially not there on Saturday. I'll bring the flyers and the buttons. Ask me for a button when you see me!

Moving Day is next Saturday, 2/25, and we need you.

Sorry, my brain is fried right now due to sleep dep. (Appointment to dicuss sleep study results: March 6.) And omnisti's sleeping in the room with the packing tape, so... *sit* I am debating whether to have breakfast before I try to go back to sleep.

And when I wake up? I will mix the packening with Boskone prep and the grantwriting prep I dropped in my packing frenzy. I may even get some writing time.

A thing you should keep in mind:

I am an introvert.

I know I look like an extrovert. Because I have to be an extrovert for my various jobs, and I am good at my jobs. Also, I took on more extrovert behaviors when I took up with Adam, because someone had to be the liaison to the outside world.

But I am not a true extrovert, and I've been able to relax back into my natural state a bit more now that Judah's part of our family.

So just keep in mind that I am actually an introvert, and factor that into your How To Deal With Shadesong metrics.

Unrelated: am currently locked out of my Gmail, grr. And just when the guys had left and I was going to have time to respond the e-mail, too.

Elayna, as I've said before, is in her school's production of Seussical: The Musical. Which opens a month from today.

So she's at rehearsal every afternoon.

And I am missing her to a ridiculous degree. I mean, this is an extra two hours or so without her every day, and I am missing her.

I have no idea how I'm going to manage when she goes to college. Honestly, I think she's going to manage way better than I am. She's going to come home with her laundry and I'm going to have painted everything in the house, acquired a colony of chinchillas, built and furnished a dollhouse, and she'll walk in and I'll be like "oh thank everything, what took you so long?" and she'll be like "Mother. It has been three days."
