We haven't met, but I've seen your pics...you are NOT fat. You are beautiful but super thin. And repeating what everyone else has said, if you want to control your weight, at this stage it makes more sense to control it by making it go UP than down. That is control too. Eat healthy stuff, and that includes some fat. No nutritionist worth her degree would ever tell you that a zero fat diet is healthy, especially when you're a full grown adult who weighs less than some children. You're trying to get healthy, right? So EAT.
