Couldn't sleep last night. :( Probably fell asleep around 1:30 (yes, that's way late for me!), and
yendi fell asleep at 2:30. So even though we'd vowed to only go to Caribou for our morning caffeine once a week, we went again today anyway.
So today's Caribou trivia question (you get 10 cents off if you get it right): "What civilization invented the arch?" I said Roman.
yendi said Greek. I was right. As always. Yesterday the question was, "Which one of Shakespeare's characters had most most lines?" I said Hamlet. He said Macbeth. I was right. As always. I keep teasing him that his bachelor's degree in English pales before my community-college-dropout pure instinct. He says that, as he has more education, he has more ways to second-guess himself. I say his second-guessing is why he'll lose to me every time. :)
I'm wearing a long patchwork twirly gypsyish skirt, and a snug black shirt to show off the effects of the new bra. :) What're you guys wearing? How did you sleep? Talk to me, tell me something. :)

A) When we got home yesterday,
B). When I posed the same question to Harry Rusche (one of the Shakespearean scholars at Emory), he wasn't sure, either. He guessed Lear, in fact.

Sleep: Like a log. Didn't wake once, and dreamt all night of various bits and pieces of game stuff, mostly with references to the visions the characters had in the Threshold of Ages campaign. And then did my brain in by playing NWN before leaving for work.

As for sleeping, I tend to collapse onto my bed when my eyes won't stay open any more and sleep fairly quickly but only for about 4 hours after which I usually can't get back to sleep again. Last night the first part of this was accompanied by a tape of an episode of The Goon Show. I like to have comedy to go to sleep to, just habit I guess. Though any audio will do at a pinch. I can't be easy falling asleep without noise. This little town is just too quiet after London, I suppose, even ten years down the line.
*zzzzzz*
I'm wearing Business Casual IT Drone Uniform #4 (pants, polo shirt, sneakers). :P

Community college? I did that for two years, but didn't get that comuunity degree. I transferred to real college for six years. Didn't get that degree either. Who needs 'em?
Wearing? Black combat boots, black socks (laundry situation), boxers with I think blue stars, black belt with knotwork buckle, black ultrazone t-shirt, wedding chain, watch, wedding ring, glasses. No politics, I have to move furniture at the office.

Sleep? See above. Can't sleep. This is something like the third or fourth night for me. Really starting to feel the effects too.

Sleep? I went to bed about 2am, got up at 8:30. So 6.5 hours isn't so bad, right? sure. that's about what I'm used to. I need there to be about 5 more hours in a day. Or you know, get paid about 5 times as much and work that many less hours.

Today I am wearing a pale brown broomstick skirt, and a black shirt with just a bit of open weave, so that if the light hits it right, you can see my pretty red bra that I'm wearing underneath. :)

I am stark, raving naked right now, because I am at home, and there is no one to see me! I hate clothes, especially in sauna-like weather like we're having now.

I've got on my proper button-down business casual shirt on, my third-best cotton docker-style pants, mismatched socks (you try choosing matching dark socks in the dark!), holey boat shoes, and white Poppa-style fruit o' the looms.
I *love* how women can choose to wear all these different things, and I love how they carbonate my hormones when they do.

So, sleep: spent the last few nights curled up with her, sleeping soundly until the cats wake us up in the morning or we actually get up on time to go do stuff.
waring: well, we originally only planned for hanging out for two days, so four days later I'm raiding her clost and running around in blue jeans so faded they're nearly white, and a t-shirt that she dug out of a dumpster from behind a print shop in high school - it has jurrasic park on the front, bohemian rhapsody on the back, some band with big hair on the side, and two or three smeared logos on the inside. And an earring I pickeed up at renfaire -a silver with a black stone dangly and two chains running up to an earcuff thing. Oh, and plenty of cat hair, in all siamese colors.
