Tucker/Chan Night (sorry, no catchy name!): Rush Hour and Rush Hour 2, of course.

Musicals of the 21st Century Night: South Park: Bigger, Longer, Uncut and Moulin Rouge.

Brian Froud Night: Labyrinth and the Dark Crystal. If we start early enough, this can extend to become Very Pretty 1980's Fantasy Movies Night with the addition of Legend and Ladyhawke.

I didn't read yesterday's thread (hammered at work) but I can't believe nobody has suggested a James Bond theme night. How can you not have a James Bond theme yet, with the other ones that have been suggested? (Tucker/Chan night? Two movies is not a theme). :)

I was thinking of a non-Bond night -- the Bond folks in other rolls. Kentucky Fried Movie (Lazenby), Highlander (Connery), The Quest (Moore -- we'd be thoroughly drunk by this point, to make the movie watchable), Flash Gordon (Timothy Dalton), and Mars Attacks (Pierce Brosnan).
