I have determined that I shall not partake of Bruster's ice cream again until I have a final draft of issue #1.

This means the last 6 pages have to be written and refined, and I have to tighten up the 10 pages I wrote Monday. morenasangre, I have to cut your lines, because there's no way I can make the giving of directions sound nonclunky - you will talk at some point, though! I'll just do the fact that he's getting directions in voiceover, and you'll point the way for him.

Of the remaining 6 pages, 4 or 5 will be dialogue. The last page is going to be an almost glamour-shot-ish one of Shawn surveying the city at sunset, with more voiceover, this I know. And I already have most of the Donna/Shawn dialogue in my head, I just have to zen out and type it up.

Hm. And will need a House bio for the inside back cover. Will use House Tamra, for Shawn. That bio's complete anyway. :)

rock!! hella cool. i can't wait to read it, and draw it!

one of the reasons i cannot wait to be back in Atlanta is the creative vibe we have -- i literally have had to fight to draw anything up here. i know i'll be able to finish inking the ashcan and stuff in very short order once i'm Home. =)

i know -- we just kinda get into this groove, like we're living inside each other's head. it's most nifty; i've never had this kinda connection with anyone i've worked with before. rock!

i already feel the work for Issue #1 is gonna be some of the best i've done yet. i can't wait either!

The idea is to get those last six pages out tonight, then polish it all on Saturday. It'll get polished more when Mouse storyboards it, of course, but I get my Bruster's as soon as I turn in a script worth drawing, man.
