Someone just came in and announced that she was from the law school and had been told that she'd be in room 124, and wanted me to let her in so she could look at it.
I refused, saying that I was not supposed to let people into professors' offices when the professors were not around.
She was okay with it, but I'd have stuck to my guns even if she wasn't. Enough already. I'm actually doing work here. It is not my job to wait on these people, and frankly, they have no right to be walking around other people's offices. They can wait a week. I know I'd be upset if people were walking around in my office, in my personal space, without my permission or foreknowledge.

Go you!
I hate people who feel they can just demand whatever they want regardless of the rules of propriety or manners.

Re: Go you!
Although I am looking more Barbieesque today - wearing a sleekly-fitting shirt that shows every bit of my torso to great advantage, so my breasts look bigger and my waist looks smaller...

*giggle*
*glares at the clock*
