Cat (Tamra). The Lishaya is always the head of House Tamra... as far as the characters know, Alanna may or may not be the Lishaya, but there's no way the Council could ever get away with sticking someone from another House up there and claiming *she's* the Lishaya; they'd get laughed out of town.

Interestingly, though, Alanna doesn't look Tamrani at first glance - she's dyed her hair black. Mouse needs to post the sketch of her in shayara...
