Spent all morning unpacking files.

Spent all afternoon surveying all of our offices and classrooms to se what got screwed up.

My back hurts. And I'm going to end up falling asleep at like 9 PM tonight...

Hopefully tomorrow I'll be able to start paying my LJ friends the attention they deserve again!

A good thing to do is to drum on your back, seismic activity like that when properly administered (and not harshly, ribs are delicate) will totally relax your back. That's the principle behind vibrating beds and whatnot.
