Took me a while to get used to them as a couple, but after a while Pete kinda grew on me and I was saddened when they parted.

I found myself surprised when I latched on to Pete more quickly than any other character in the book. Warren Ellis really turned the title into something great, I thought, and the Pryde/Wisdom duo was very easy for me to become enamored with. :o) It was just nice to see the more domestic side of things, even if "domestic" involved people with guns, aliens, government conspiracies, and letters to God.
