So it's okay if you're selling anything else then, logically speaking.

I think it's fine if you're selling arepas. Or hot dogs.

Actually, if you're a hot dog street vendor, I think it's mandatory.

Uh, actually, it is legal in Vermont. Someone else on another board commented that said vendor had also just got done explaining how often their drivers get robbed....

*points to the phrase "without permit"* someone has to have a permit for it to happen

Not in Vermont, that was my point.

Oh, and don't forget that its illegal to walk with an icecream cone in your back pocket on a Sunday in NY.

Why so many laws about icecream?
Then again, icecream itself should be illegal. Indeed.

Bad tasting ice cream should be illegal

How ironic The Hubby, craving vanilla ice cream, bought some today. We ate it while watch Fruits Basket (which I highly recommend). I had cookies as well. ; )

Neither of us had guns.

So it is normal to be carrying a handgun when selling ice cream if you have a permit. In Oklahoma, anyway.

Good to know terrorists are in for a fight if they try to hijack an ice cream truck in Tulsa and crash it into a building.

I can see it now: "Give me the controls! This will give the infidel dogs such a headache!"
