I have no idea what it's saying or what's in it, but suddenly I desperately want one of those! Perhaps if I went and got some breakfast instead of spending the morning reading LJ I wouldn't be craving random European candy right now. Hmmmmm....
From what I can tell, it involves a wafer shell with rich meringue cream. They're just tiny - about 20 grams each - and are marketed as snacks for kids.
"KINDER Happy Hippo is the first KINDER snack ideal for eating in any season. [Probably better "any stage of life." I'm not 100% sure -- I speak Spanish, French, and a little Latin, but not Italian.] It's a [something] snack, rich in milk. A goodness [i.e., bon-bon?] in a pleasant and original shape, particularly suitable for children."
(And BTW, "Kinder" is German for "Children." I suspect the brand name was aiming for that rather than English "kinder".)

Me too! But it is from Ferrero, and they're the ones who make those yummy Rocher truffles, so it has to be good! ;)
