We don't know anyone who isn't going well enough to have them babysit. :( So we'll be hauling Elayna around like last year, praying for her patience...
Yep. Certainly. We are very lucky to have a daycare that we love (that Paul is finding out if they are actually open on Saturdays, which we didn't know before) and a babysitter we trust. But unfortunately she wants to go to D*C too, so we still have to work that out.
Unfortunate for her, but good for us, our babysitter (Michelle) is really broke. So she may not be going. Or, we have thought about paying for her way into D*C in exchange for her babysitting when there is no panels or other events going on that she wants to go to.
Currently waiting for Dad to come through with the frequent-flyer-mile plane ticket. Do NOT want to try to pay for my ticket with Contingency Funds, since my layoff is effective 8/30. Still need to buy my admission--I was waiting for my commission check and plane ticket.
Well I'm coming to Atlanta but not to Dragon*Con. Can't afford it. So, who has floor space I can crash on? I'm looking at coming down Thursday afternoon and leaving Tuesday so I need to know which nights I have a place to crash and what nights I still need to make arrangements for.
