Happy late birthday to
moop2000!
Happy birthday to
dragon_spirit and
iroshi!
Happy early birthday to
unblinkered, who advances a year over the weekend!
Hello to new readers
anamacha,
trancegeek, two secondary accounts, and returning reader
taisidhe!
Sleep Factor
Bed at 1-something. Difficulty getting to sleep, but no trouble staying asleep, which is a novelty this week. I was half tired, half wired from tentacle-ectomy ritual last night.
General Theme of Last Night
"He put his testicles all over me!"
"He what?!?"
"You know... octopus... testicles..."
"Tentacles. Tentacles. Very different."

Many Thanks
...to
ashlupa,
kires,
sibylla, and the Kross-Pantheon Kill Krew, et al. I feel 10 pounds lighter. :)
Catching Up
There's no way in hell that I'll ever catch up on my friends page. I wasn't online for more than 10 minutes yesterday, and I spent none of that on my friends page. So let me know if there's anything in particular that I should see.
E-mail
I have not been able to reply to e-mail in about three days. Time/energy deficit. I'm not ignoring you guys! (Esp. the message-of-support guys!) I'll try to get to this today; if not, I can do it tomorrow between posts. Speaking of which, once I slog through about 50 new messages, I'll be able to post an updated total. Thank you guys. :)
Wearing
Stripey shortsleeved sweaterthing, jeans; my socks say "It's All About Me", and my panties say "Slippery When Wet". I decided long ago that life is too short to wear socks and panties that are not cute.
Reading
At lunch: The Hollow Chocolate Bunnies of the Apocalypse, by Robert Rankin. The first bunny has turned up. I'm all anticipatory.
At home: Still Ted Sturgeon's Microcosmic God collection. Incidentally, how geeky is it that I saw a mention of "Chip" in the foreword and instantly knew that it was Samuel R. Delany? Y'all should read Dhalgren if you haven't already. Seriously.
Planning
Tonight: House stuff and writing.
Tomorrow: BlogAThon!
Sunday: Sleep.
