The first time I encountered such a thing, it was a misuse of a unit prescribed for back pain, long after the back pain had been gone. They really do feel nifty keen, even when used as intended. If something feels good on your back, someone will get the brilliant idea to use it elsewhere.

It takes a special kind of perv. The blowfish page has the converter dongle so you can use PES attachments with your tens unit, for $15. Radio shack has the converter as a PES to TENS plug instead of dongle for $2. But what's the point of saving a buck when the cock ring it's driving costs $40 or whatever it is these days?
