Happy Wednesday!

Today is like my Thursday. Tomorrow will be like my Friday. Because Friday is DragonCon!

Okay. I need itineraries, people.... stronae, what time do you think you're getting in tomorrow? gwynraven, what day are you showing up again?

Also, do we want to have a day and time for all of us to meet? I lack a cell phone, so arrangements would have to be made in advance. I know I'll see all the Tamson House people, but people like elorie and auryn29a and catalyxt, I want to meet you too! Any ideas? And I've heard a rumor that arakiel will be around, but I won't recognize her - glenn5, will you be at the Con to introduce us?

Also, T-shirts! I will be recognizable by my Shayara t-shirts. Look at them (and order yours today!) at shayara; I plan to wear one each day of the Con. Mouse probably will, too. So look for the two shortest full-grown women at the Con, both wearing Shayara shirts; I'm the one with the pigtails.

My panels are posted in my journal. I will also probably be seen at the Emerald Rose performances, and possibly the LJ get-togethers. But, truthfully, once I enter the whirling vortex that is DragonCon, I start wandering around in a daze, getting caught up in eddies of weirdness. I can try to make it to whatver you plan. Look for the short brunette hollering "RAAAAAVEEENNNNNN!" at a passing streak of lightning.....

Since there's no kid's track, and he'll be in school Friday, and I have panels to do, I won't have him with me the whole time. But if I don't bring him SOME of the time, I will never hear the end of it.

Right, Elayna will be in school Friday as well... but, as we have no childcare, she'll be stuck with us the rest of the time!

If you are playing matchmaker, sign me and Becky up for matches. We can't seem to find people we're interested in who are interested in us and are poly and in-state.

We'll be footlose and fancy-free friday day. Day-care, don't'cha know. Friday night is a big question mark, I understand there's talk of sushi, and we'll probably bring maddie to dinner. From there, there's childcare questions for the rest of the weekend. Our main babysitter has to be out saturday, and has a lot a lot of work to do, so her availablity may be a big issue. Her stuff is out, but the house is a disaster area, the security deposit was used for the last months rent, and the landlord has already said he will not hesitate to sue for damages. I think we'll have maddie with us during the day at least one day, and our night time participation may be limited. So it's a great big, we'll see, but when we are there we'll want people to hang with.

Well it appears that on Friday I'll be meeting people at the Live Journal panel at 7pm. Seems like a good meeting place. And I'll be wearing my own Shayara t-shirt. (Thank you, mousegrrl.)

Ok, I'm coming down tomorrow -- I'll probably get there around 4 or 5 but I've got a cell so I can call you when I'm getting close. This is my first drive to Atlanta so I'm factoring in some getting lost time :) I do need directions to your place, and my cell is on the quick look database on the THDC list in case you need to get in touch w/ me.
