For the Spring Fling bake sale...

I'm making:

Ghirardelli brownies
Fudge-topped brownies
Banana bread
Cinnamon swirl bread
Oatmeal raisin cookies, and
Apple crumb muffins.

The house smells niiice. :)

The Ghiradelli brownies are from the supermarket -- just look near the Betty Crocker and Pillsbury stuff. Hell, you live in Ghiradelli country, anyway. There should be vending machines with the stuff, just like we have for Coke here. :-)

Dude! You guys can all go make your own baked goods! None of this is from scratch, I just emptied out the baking aisle at the supermarket. Pur the packs in a bowl, add water, oil, and eggs, pour it into the loaf pan/muffin tin/whatever, and pop it in the oven.

I'm not even making the cookies I make from scratch - not enough time. The idea here was to have maximum output for minimum effort.
