Andy Hallett, who starred as Lorne ("the Host") on the TV series Angel, died of heart failure last night at age 33.

I only met him once, but I remember him as an absolute sweetheart of a guy. And... 33.

He was anamazing guy. I remember seeing him at a con after he'd just had surgery for the heart issue (must have been early in the illness, it was about five years ago now). Even though everyone told him to rest he kept getting up and singing for us. He loved his fans and he loved life.
