Are stories in Steam Powered eligible? The book itself has a 2011 pub date, but the individual stories are (c) 2010. Just trying to figure things out before I submit my nominations :-).

Should be! I know the book's been recommended for a Tiptree as a 2011 publication. It was supposed to come out in December and came out in January, is the thing. upstart_crow is the editor; she probably knows...
