It needed a few revisions, but this is where it is right now!
Friday
6:00-7:00: Sexual Harassment & Assault In Fandom. No description, and I'm the only one on it; if
cluegirl and
aquila_dominus are there that early, they are so drafted!
Sunday
11:00 - 12:00: Unpacking the SF QUILTBAG. So human sexuality is a continuum and "normal" is a null concept. The term LGBT has been around for nearly 30 years, pointing to some areas on that continuum. How has SF/F/H literature featured these aspects of the continuum? Let's name some outstanding examples. How have lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender fans fared within fandom?
12:30 - 1:00: Reading: Shira Lipkin. As usual, if you can only come to one thing, come to the reading!
1:00 - 2:00: How Bad Can A Hero Be?. He may lie, cheat, steal, curse, flirt mercilessly, and disembowel bunches of hapless Darklordian henchman with a quip on his lips and a song in his heart. But can she step on her hamster's head in a fit of pique? Let's see where the boundaries of our sympathy for heroes, heroines, and their stories lie.
I actually have a whole day of no panels. I don't remember the last time that happened. They were worried about me having too many things on Sunday, but I was like "No, I've done 7-hour blocks of programming before, this is so not a problem."
The schedule as a whole isn't out yet, so I'm not sure what else I'll want to go to, but definitely the Tricky Pixie and Heather Dale concerts (for which I might be merch wenching? Uncertain, verifying) and a bunch of readings.
Four panels! This is like a vacation, you guys.

Also, that Hero panel sounds interesting. Like, "I don't have my opinions set about that one" interesting.

I have some opinions. :)

Actually, now that I think about it, the topic is one that I've been exploring with MFP, particularly in the vein of violence - how much do you commit and when and still get to be a good guy is pretty much Gem's conflict, but I don't have an answer.

Saturday afternoon: Tricky Pixie
Saturday afternoon (later): S00j and Heather (and Betsy?)
Sunday noon: Kiddie concert
Sunday evening: Tricky Pixie + Heather, and that's after the con, so you don't need to be a member to go.

When Sunday evening is that final concert? Might be interested in coming, given I've never seen Tricky Pixie live, and I loved Heather when I did.
