Dinner. Friday. I need suggestions! We'll be going to Universal Studios or Islands of Adventure during the day, so somewhere near the parks would be ideal! Post suggestions in comments, we'll vote via poll tomorrow?

There's always places like Bennigans and TGI Friday's and such around there. Unless we are talking lower cash situations, then there are also Denny's and Perkins as well.

Actually I just realized that you are going to be travelling up to Deland afterward, there are the same type of places going further up toward where you are in the Maitland/Winter Park area that are just as nice and less expensive since you are no where near tourist hell at that point. There's acutally a place right by us called the Copper Rocket. It's like a pub, but with AMAZING FOOD and it's on the cheap pretty much. Either way, getting out of tourist hell before you get food would be better if you could swing that. Not sure where the other Orlando folks would be coming from.

Considering either are pretty much walking distance for me which is good since I have no vehicle I hope that other people are coming from around this area too. Oh and the Denny's there is considered one of the "bad Denny's".. aka pepto would be your friend. If you wanted a Denny's that is a good Denny's the one on 436 and Aloma is safe.

Pretty much about 1 mile from Lee Road and I-4... maybe 1-2 minutes tops from the exit.

Oh and if your thinking about the deadbeat killings...mine lives in St. Pete, we could trade!

mmmm...bennigans...my favorite chain pub grub. For us, anything in that price range is okay. I don't want to pay more than $15 a plate if we can swing it. Other than that...well, I'd rather not go too far astray, we've got an hour and a half to go back to the north and west to get back to our coast. I'll keep tuned in...oh, and did you get our contact info 'song?

I got your info, and posted ours in a filter for you. Bennigan's is good by me. And I don't know where anyone's coming from, so this may be out of the way for everyone, but if it isn't - would anyone be able to give us a ride back to DeLand? That way my family could take off, and we could have plenty of time without making the mundanes uncomfortable.
