I forgot to eat my morning snack.

I'm hypoglycemic (low blood sugar). I need to eat at specific intervals or I have a blood sugar crash.

For the past week or so, I keep forgetting to take my morning and/or afternoon snack breaks. And the hypoglycemia will hit, like, half an hour before lunch, or right before I go home, times when I don't want to spoil my appetite for lunch or dinner (I really do have a small capacity for food at a sitting). So I get sick.

I swear, I need an e-mail reminder service. 10 AM: eat snack. Noon: Eat lunch. 3 PM: Eat snack.

I have the same problem, sis. I keep Werther's in my desk for just such an occasion.

I have granola bars - fructose is better for me than refined sugar, and it lasts longer.
